I have received most of my latest order as of today (except for the X-Men DVDs). However, some items (Dead Space PC game and Cloverfield DVD) arrived in damaged condition : opened packaging, loose and scratched/cracked discs

If you could also include a brief covering letter, clearly stating your order number, the reason for return and whether a replacement or refund is required.
Please could you also include your unique returns authorisation number:
Without this we will not be able to complete your return and this may result in the item being sent back to you.
When returning your item please obtain a proof of postage which is provided free of charge from your local post office. This covers your item on its return to us.
We cannot exchange for an alternative item, we can only do a straight swap.
If you have ordered the item incorrectly we can arrange a refund.
Once you have sent it please allow at least 10 working days for the item to be returned back to us.
Once we have received the item your request will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email to advise you when this has been done.
