But today I received "tale of grace f standard edition instead of the special edition

Unfortunately there appears to have been either a stock or listing issue with this item and it has now been taken off the site.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide the special edition but follow the steps below and we will be happy to provide a full refund.

Là je sais plus quoi faire j'ai le numéro de suivie c'est clairement marquer que le colis a bien était livré hors Zavvi me dit que non je leur envoie la preuve de l'envoie mais toujours pas de réponse vous pensez que c'est normal ou pas ?
